Mentoring

Each student during his/her stay at Loyola is attached to a mentor of his/her choice and is helped to discover himself/herself, the life orientations he/she should have and is assisted to work towards those goals.

Value Education

Value formation is one of the top priorities for Loyola. Every week a fixed time is spent for value clarification and formation.

‘Meet Excellence’ Series

Every month, one person who has excelled in his/her area of profession is invited to meet the students and interact with them. It is believed that as students meet excellence in person, they will be challenged to emulate the models.

‘Meet Alumni' Series

The Alumni are our source of support and strength. In a bid to strengthen the ties with our Alumni, a series of meetings are planned in the college where the Alumni will interact with the students and share their experiences.

Poor Students' Scholarship Fund

A moderate sum is available every year for deserving candidates. Students, who can afford, are encouraged to contribute to the fund.

Career Guidance and Placement Cell

The Alumni Association of the College is concerned about the career prospects of the youngsters and, accordingly, organizes programmes for the benefit of the students.

A placement cell is working for the benefit of those who complete their courses and help them to find suitable employment. The cell keeps in touch with institutions and the vacancies are brought to the notice of students.
